‘Place to stay in Elounda’ Baumgarten, Austria, July 2012

After 4 year of holidays in the Elounda/Agio Nicolaios area we found THE real wonderful and perfect place to spend our most precious time of the year -> It´s Elounda Island Villas.

The location is very special opposite to Elounda city (whereas it´s just 5 min to walk there), surrounded by nothing but sea, meadows and olive trees (It is the ONLY hotel/apartment on the peninsula of Spinalonga).
There is NO other place in the region to have a sunset like you get at Elounda Island Villas. You just need to have a cool drink (you get at the cafe or mix it by your own) and relax at the terrace. You will feel in heaven (like we felt for the last 10 days).
The apartment is clean and convenient and we had a very good sleep, thx to the pleasant wind, that is cooling down the 30 degrees at night. What else we liked was the choice to have breakfast served at the cafe or prepared by yourself in the apartment.
The host “Lida” is very friendly and sympathetic. She is an artist and a very special person.
Booking was easy, prices are feasible and we got exactly what we agreed to get.
